What's the difference between Runaways Deluxe HC I and Runaways Complete Collection I? I want to pucharse one and don't know which one to choose.
I’m not sure offhand, to be honest. They’re both collections of the same material, one in hardcover, the other in softcover. It’s possible that the HC is longer and contains more issues than the softcover, but it’s also possible that it doesn’t. I don’t have the books handy to check on this, sorry.
In case anybody was wondering about it.
I can’t comment on the complete collection, but the Hardcover includes all of volume 1. (Issues 1-18), BKV’s original pitch for the book, Josh Whedon’s letter from the last issue, and a sketchbook of Adrian Alphona’s art.
Good to know. I shall look into this, as I have my old single issue stored away. It would be nice to have a big collected edition to put on a bookshelf and reread the old stories instead of having to dig out my originals again.
